Pusha T, Haim, Charli XCX, YG and AlunaGeorge are among the headliners set for Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days in LA, which will take place throughout Los Angeles this November.
The month-long event will feature an array of special showcases, beginning November 1st with Sampha and Kelsey Lu at the Palace Theatre. On November 10th, Charli XCX and breakout PC Music producer Sophie will headline a show at the Exchange with Montell2099 and Shaed. On November 15th, Haim, Charlotte Day Wilson and Steven A. Clark will play the Fonda, and on the 16th, Pusha T, Tunji Ige and 070 Shake will perform at the Belasco.
Other notable showcases include Car Seat Headrest and Naked Giants at the Teragram Ballroom on November 13th; White Lung, Nicole Dollanganger and Dude York at the Resident on November 17th; Jhené Aiko, Eryn Allen Kane and Cherrie at the Avalon on November 21st; AlunaGeorge, Xavier Omär and Villette at the Avalon on November 22nd; and YG and Finding Novyon at the Wiltern on November 29th. A schedule is below, though more artists and events are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Alongside the showcases, 30 Days in LA will also feature several special events including the Stones Throw Super Fest, a two-stage event in Highland Park on November 5th celebrating the 20th anniversary of the seminal hip-hop label (a lineup has yet to be announced). Other special events include the Afropunk Fancy Dress Ball at the Park Plaza Hotel on November 20th, the traveling Laneway Presents mini-fest, which will take place November 14th at a venue to-be-determined and a November 26th showcase curated by the L.A. based electronic label, OWSLA, co-founded by Skrillex (venue also TBA).
Tickets for all shows go on sale September 20th and are $15 or less, plus fees and taxes. Tickets are limited to two per night, per person, and can be purchased by signing up for Red Bull Sound Select, which is free. This year’s lineup was curated by different organizations and groups from around the world including Leisure in Los Angeles, Laneway Festival in Australia and Fake Shore Drive in Chicago.
